The trail starts at the Salaaser Kopf and leads along the Kammtrail before turning off towards Samnaun and crossing a sunny high plateau. After a lift station and a traditional Tyrolean mountain hut, the trail winds its way across a green meadow with a few hairpin bends down into a breathtaking gorge. The path as well as the the gorge become narrower and there is an exposed section where the (e-)mountain bike has to be pushed - surefootedness and a head for heights are essential here! The route continues via hairpin bends and steep downhill trails to Che d'Mot, the viewpoint with cable car masts, where a breathtaking view of the Samnaun valley opens up. This is where the flowing, wider trail begins, which leads almost to the cable car station and is perfect for a fast-paced finish. For pros only! (Difficulty level difficult)
With the railway station in Landeck, the Paznaun is optimally connected to the Austrian train network. From Landeck-Zams station, only a short bus ride separates you from the Paznaun. Every half hour, line bus 260 runs from there through the valley. Bus stop: Ischgl Silvrettabahn
