Weather forecast for Kappl
How’s the weather?
Low-pressure influence and increasingly colder air, especially in the second half of the week, will determine the weather until the weekend. Until Thursday, we will remain in a persistent, slightly foehn-like southwest flow, which brings us partly moist, partly layered Mediterranean air. Consequently, the weather will continue to be changeable, with the risk of showers increasing again from the south starting on Wednesday. The snowfall limit will remain mostly above 1500 meters above sea level until Thursday, and foehn-related clearings are still possible. Towards Friday, the disturbance influence will strengthen, and winter conditions will extend below 1500 meters above sea level. However, large precipitation amounts are not expected; nonetheless, more prolonged precipitation seems possible now. The weather will calm down over the weekend as more stable, layered air from the north prevails. Despite many clouds, significant precipitation is unlikely.
