The best restaurants in Austria were honoured in the return of the MICHELIN Guide. Three Ischgl restaurants were honoured: Benjamin Parth's gourmet restaurant Stüva received two stars, while Martin Sieberer's Paznaunerstube and Patrick Raaß's Schlossherrnstube were each awarded one star.

Alexander von der Thannen, Chairman of the Paznaun - Ischgl Tourist Board, is delighted with the star awards: "I would like to congratulate Ischgl's top chefs Benjamin Parth, Martin Sieberer and Patrick Raaß on their fantastic successes. Ischgl is once again one of the best in Tyrol and emphasises its outstanding position as one of the leading culinary destinations."

In addition to the gourmet restaurants, Ischgl offers tasty highlights all year round, such as the "Spring Blanc" event series, which combines skiing experiences and spring fever with a colourful programme of musical and culinary highlights. In summer, the "Culinary Paznaun" event series invites you to actively savour the food: gourmet dishes created by top local chefs are served at seven mountain lodges throughout the summer months.
